We catch and process our own fish. I created this company so people can get wild salmon either smoked, fresh or frozen. All our salmon are caught around the north coast of British Columbia, Canada 99% of the salmon is caught around the deep prestine waters of the Queen Charlotte Islands. All our smoked salmon is labeled with species of salmon, ingredients, date packaged and the address of the government inspected plant where the salmon was processed. Our products come in a variety of weights customer requests we will satisfy. I have been fishing for 20 years and just this last year or so I decided to market my own fish instead of depending on others to do it. So far great results we have many happy customers.
